“Vancouver City” music video is an artistic collaboration between Innerlife Project and TimeLapseHD. Linda Ganzini’s beautiful and haunting vocals blend with the unique musical style of Serge Chubinski-Orlov who produced and wrote Vancouver City. For more information and music downloads go to www.innerlifeproject.com
These time lapses are shot with a 12 mega pixel digital single lens reflex cameras. Original resolution is 6 times better then HD (high definition). The images have been resized for HD and are much better quality then shown here on YouTube.
I like some of the timelapse photography, but the music and the editing is very cheesy, but I suppose thats the corporate look they are going for.
Totally Awesome
“Top Comedian Jo Brand is supporting the Alcohol It’s No Joke campaign. In this exclusive interview, she talks about her teenage experiences with alcohol, and why it’s important to discuss the issues surrounding alcohol with your kids” source YouTube
Often when people lend themselves to public campaigns, you don’t get a chance to now why, I really like the interviews behind the campaign. Jo’s experiences as a young person, mother and nurse really to the message-Talk to your kids!
Lets face it we all need a bit of love!

Bert and Ernie like you’ve never seen them before…
If you haven’t seen this yet, you should be ashamed. Or not. But watch it now! I haven’t seen a better dub done before; the guy who did this is highly talented.
As you should be well aware by now (unless you’ve been living under a rock or on Christmas Island), the new G.I Joe movie launches this weekend, for the UK anyway. Here’s a little thing about the history of the G.I. Joe franchise for the uninitiated – rather insightful stuff if you ask me, if you’re interested in the origins of the “original” action figure.
Perhaps not the most light-hearted of posts today, but definitely very intriguing!
In light of the recent increase in knife crime in London, the Metropolitan Police has started using the Internets to help bring it down again (the main website being www.droptheweapons.org). One of the measures is creating an interactive Youtube video story, which starts with this one:
At the end of it, you’re presented with two choices, and clicking on one of them takes you to the next video, where you again have choices, etc. Think of those books where you can choose your own story, except in video form and slightly more grim (if you make the wrong choices, that is…)
It is pretty transparent and hardly a challenge to choose the “right” ending (Not wanting to ruin it for anyone, but it’s usually best not to take a knife in a video created by the Police…), but I still like it because it’s definitely a novel way of fighting crime, has surprisingly good acting and does hit home hard.
Try out the path that you’d choose, then play around with some alternatives to see what would happen if you’d gone the other way…
We think this is pretty cool and we thought you might too…
It’s not all work and no play for G.I. JOE operatives. Check out the Delta 6 Accelerator suit in action on a half-pipe earlier this summer.
The Accelerator suit has been specially designed to enhance an individual’s natural speed and power while also offering them maximum protection. That said, even with the full body armour, that fall has got to hurt!
